Happy Monday!

Eliora works on the computer to paint a symmetrical butterfly

Faith works with dot art paint to make a symmetrical butterfly

This butterfly is not symmetrical, but will be very colorful with bleeding tissue paper squares and  a squirt of water

Austin works to finish his caterpillar from last week's rotations

Josh works on a puzzle to complete this symmetrical butterfly

This week we will begin new Station Rotations that incorporate activities related to butterflies and symmetry.

We also will be working with a new series similar to our Alphatales but focuses on numbers called Numbertales. This week we will work with ten and groups of ten. Sent home tonight was a small copy of the story and a paper asking your pre-K student to find groups of ten. We will continue to work with Numbertales in the coming weeks ahead.
Morgan works to complete the spring scene stamping groups of ten.
